To Steam Food:

1. Add the desired amount of water to the inner pot. A convenient steaming

guide has been included on page 10 for vegetables and page 11 for meat.

2. Place food to be steamed onto the steam tray.

CAUTION:

• Open the lid only when necessary.

• If the inner pot is returned to the rice cooker when wet it may damage this

product, causing it to malfunction.

USING YOUR RICE COOKER

PRECAUCIÓN:

• No abra la tapa cuando la olla está en uso.

• Si la olla para cocer está mojada y se coloca nuevamente en la olla

COMO USAR EL APARATO

1. Agréguese la cantidad deseada de agua en la olla interior. Una muy

HELPFUL HINTS:

• Smaller foods may be placed in a heat-proof dish and then placed into

the steam tray.

3. Place the steam tray inside the rice cooker. Place the lid securely onto the rice

cooker.

4. Press the COOK SWITCH.

5. Once the suggested amount of time has passed, open the lid, using caution as

escaping steam will be very hot, and check food for doneness. If food is

finished cooking, push the COOK SWITCH up to switch to “Keep-Warm” mode.

6. Remove food immediately after the cooking process has completed. Leaving it

in the rice cooker may cause food to over cook.

7. The rice cook

er will remain on “Keep-Warm” mode until it is unplugged. Be sure

to unplug the cord from the wall outlet when not in use.

CONSEJO ÚTIL:
